At DOTS Living, every rug begins with intention. Unlike mass-produced products that are stored in warehouses, each of our rugs is handcrafted only after your order is placed. This allows our artisans to create every piece with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring it is crafted specifically for your home. Because true craftsmanship takes time, our shipping process begins with creation,not dispatch.
Shipping Overview
At present, DOTS Living ships across India only. We are committed to delivering your handcrafted rug safely and securely through our trusted logistics partners. Every order is carefully inspected, packaged, and dispatched to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.
Order Confirmation & Processing
Production of your rug begins only after your order has been successfully placed and the payment has been received and confirmed. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. Our team will then initiate the production process of your handcrafted rug. Please note that all production timelines commence from the date of payment confirmation.
Production Timeline
Every DOTS Living rug is individually handcrafted by skilled artisans. As each piece is made to order, production typically requires 4 to 6 weeks. The exact production time may vary depending on factors such as: list Rug size Design complexity Colourway Material selection Hand-finishing techniques For bespoke or highly customised projects, our team will communicate the estimated production timeline separately during the design consultation. As every rug is handcrafted, certain specialised dyeing, washing, carving, or finishing processes may occasionally require additional time to achieve the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality. Should there be any significant change to the estimated production timeline, our team will keep you informed throughout the process.
Shipping Timeline
Once your rug has completed production and quality inspection, it will be carefully packaged and dispatched. Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 5 to 7 business days, depending on your delivery location and courier network. Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary for remote locations.

DOTS Living is pleased to offer complimentary shipping across India on all orders unless otherwise stated. Should our shipping policy change in the future, any applicable shipping charges will be clearly communicated before checkout.
