Returns, Warranty & Craftsmanship Promise At DOTS Living, every rug is handcrafted exclusively after an order is placed. Unlike mass-produced products that are manufactured in bulk and stored in warehouses, each of our rugs is created specifically for one customer, one home, or one project. This made-to-order approach allows us to focus on craftsmanship, quality, and thoughtful design while reducing unnecessary waste. As every rug is uniquely handcrafted for you, our Returns, Warranty & Craftsmanship Promise differs from that of conventional retail products. We encourage you to read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Policy Overview
All sales at DOTS Living are considered final. Returns, exchanges, or replacements will only be considered where a product has: list A verified manufacturing defect. Sustained damage during transit. Been incorrectly delivered. Materially differed from the approved design specifications for bespoke or customised orders. If an issue can be resolved through repair, we may recommend repair as the most appropriate solution before considering a replacement.
Our Craftsmanship Promise
Every DOTS Living rug is handcrafted with patience, precision, and exceptional attention to detail by skilled artisans. We take immense pride in every piece we create and stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Should a genuine manufacturing defect arise, our team will work with you to provide the most appropriate resolution through repair, replacement, or another fair solution depending on the nature of the issue.

Order Cancellations
Before Production Begins Orders may be cancelled at any time before production has commenced. Once your cancellation request is confirmed by our team, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. After Production Begins Once production has commenced, cancellations cannot be accepted. As every rug is handcrafted specifically for your order, materials are allocated, and production begins immediately after confirmation.
Returns
As every DOTS Living rug is handcrafted exclusively after an order is placed, returns cannot be accepted for reasons including but not limited to: list Change of mind Personal preference Colour preference Incorrect size selected Rug not matching existing décor No longer required Delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control Each rug is created specifically for one customer and therefore cannot be restocked or resold.
